This is a Pre-Run Event and may take a little longer to complete but it will have the same sights as we will be seeing in July.  You may want to take this drive if you are unavailable in July.  

This weekend’s forecast appears to be Sunny with the high in the 70’s.  Based on this information, I will be driving a pre-run this weekend for the Run to Port Angeles in July and if anyone wants to join me, please email me at arbill@hotmail.com.    All times will be the same.  Meetup at the General Store in Port Gamble at 8:30 am for breakfast (Optional) and meeting at 9:30 am and leave at 9:45.  We will be on a twisty road, Port Angeles Spit, and Salt Creek Recreation Area before we depart for lunch.   There will be three restroom stops while in transit to our final destination at the Restaurant in Port Angeles.  

Please bring warm clothing, sunglasses, etc. as we will be on the Spit and a camera to take pictures of the beautiful areas of the Olympic Peninsula and maybe Vancouver Island.  We will be above the water, at sea level, and in the hills during this drive.  

The drive with rest stops will take around 3.0 to 3.5 hours depending the amount of time at each stop.  You might want to bring a light snack for the road.  We will see you there!
