Arley BBQ/Ice Cream Drive

A drive in the Countryside.

Meetup at 9am April 16, 2022 at the Safeway Parking Lot in Smokey Point, 3532 172nd St NE, Arlington, WA in the Northwest Section of the Safeway Parking Lot.  

This drive will begin at Smokey Point Safeway and driving to Skagit River Valley, Edison, Bow, Chuckanut Drive, and finishing in Sedro Woolley.  Meetup will be at the Safeway Parking Lot in Smokey Point, Arlington, WA at 9:00am and driver's meeting at 9:15am and leave at 9:30am on April 16, 2022.   This will be a drive in the countryside, a view point, twisties, a stop for pastries in Bow and delicious BBQ and Ice Cream in Sedro Woolley.  There will be one bathroom stop enroute, and one at Safeway and Double Barrel BBQ.  After we eat BBQ, we will drive around 10 blocks to Hal's Drive-In and go inside to order some Ice Cream, Milk Shakes, Hot Fudge Sundaes, or Floats.  Hal's Drive-In was the old Dairy Queen in Sedro Woolley and has the 1950's look.  

While driving, you will see Mt Baker, beautiful landscapes, Cascade and Olympic Mountains, and Puget Sound.  Please bring a jacket, sunglasses, camera, water, etc. as we will be near the water, in the sunshine and hills.  The drive with rest stops will take around 3.0 hours depending on the amount of time at each stop.  We will see you there!  Zoom Zoom!
