Join Bill Bell for a drive to Port Angeles and the Olympic Peninsula.  We'll meet at the General Store in Port Gamble, WA for breakfast (Optional) at 8:30 a.m., followed by the driver's meeting at 9:30 a.m. in front of the store. The drive begins at 9:45 and we'll travel some twisty roads to our ultimate destination of Lake Crescent Lodge for lunch.  On the way to the Lodge, we will be stopping off at the Port Angeles Spit and the Salt Creek Recreation Area west of Port Angeles with three restroom stops along the way before the ultimate destination of the Lake Crescent Lodge. 

Please bring warm clothing, sunglasses, etc. as we will be on the Spit and a camera to take pictures of the beautiful areas of the Olympic Peninsula and maybe Vancouver Island.  We will be above the water, at sea level, and in the mountains during this drive.  

Lake Crescent Lodge Dining Room is located on the beautiful Lake Crescent and offers lunch in a casual atmosphere where you’ll enjoy creative Pacific Northwest fare. 

The drive with rest stops will take around 3.0 to 3.5 hours depending the amount of time at each stop.  You might want to bring a light snack for the road.  We will see you there!
